Post Office® services

Not near a Lloyds Bank branch? You can access your money at Post Office® branches nationwide. It’s convenient – and completely free.

What you can do

  • Withdraw money or check your balance using your debit card and PIN – or, for Cash Account customers – your Cashpoint® card and PIN.
  • Pay cheques and cash into your Lloyds Bank personal current account. Please note not all Post Offices can accept deposits and those that can are subject to individual cut off times.

What you'll need

  • For withdrawals or to check your balance, bring your debit card and PIN or your Cashpoint® card and PIN.
  • To deposit cash, bring a personalised paying-in slip and hand the cash and completed slip to a cashier.
  • To deposit cheques, you’ll need a personalised paying-in slip and a Post Office® deposit envelope. You can get these envelopes by calling 0800 056 2951.
