Register for Online for Business

Our three-step registration process is quick, easy and secure, so you can manage and control your finances online ─ saving you time, money and resources.

Either follow the steps below or visit your local branch, where a colleague can help to get you registered straight away.

1. Complete the application form

Complete the Online for Business registration form, enter your details and choose a User ID and password (do not share this information with anyone else). Please have your account number and sort code at hand.

2. Print, sign and return the application form

Print the pre-populated application form that is automatically generated at the end of your registration. Sign it, in accordance with the instructions on the form, and return it to the freepost address at the bottom. A copy of the terms & conditions will print out with the form, make sure you keep these for your records.

3. Receive your welcome pack

You will receive your welcome pack, card and card reader by post. Your registration for Online for Business is now complete and you will have everything you need to log on to Internet Banking for the first time.

When you no longer require access to Online for Business?

How do I amend/remove an existing user?

If you or a colleague leaves the business, or changes roles and no longer requires access to your accounts through Online for Business, you will need to complete a Mandate Variation request using the following steps:

  1. Open a Mandate Variation request.
  2. Generate and download the PDF form.
  3. Print the form and collect the required signatures.
  4. Return the form to the address stated on the form.

Please note: this form will be blocked on a mobile phone to ensure our customers can clearly read all the information. You can use a laptop, desktop or tablet with an up to date browser.

Eligible deposits with us are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). We are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Please note that due to FSCS and FOS eligibility criteria not all business customers will be covered.
