You’ll need your credit card to hand, and if you’re already registered with Internet Banking, you’ll also need your log on details. If you aren’t registered with Internet Banking, you’ll have the opportunity to register once you’ve activated your credit card.
You can retrieve your details and reset your password by going to the Internet Banking log on page, selecting ‘Forgotten your password?’, ‘Forgotten your User ID?’, or ‘Having problems logging on?’, and following the instructions.
Depending on which credit cards you wish to set up, activating will enable you to use several online features, including viewing online statements, and setting up balance transfers.
Yes you can. If you have a primary and additional card on your account, activating the primary card will automatically activate the additional card. If you’re an Avios Rewards, Premier Avios Rewards or a Choice Rewards cardholder, just select one of your cards from the dropdown and it will automatically activate any additional cards.
