The Premier Account is no longer available for new customers. The price of a Premier Account for existing customers is £25 a month.

AXA Worldwide Travel Insurance

  • Up to 80 years of age.
  • 62 consecutive days maximum trip duration (31 days for winter sports in any 12 month period).

AA Breakdown Cover  

  • Roadside Assistance - Assistance at the roadside if you are broken down more than a quarter of a mile from home. Tow to a local garage for you, your vehicle and up to seven passengers if the AA is unable to fix your vehicle at the roadside.
  • Accident Management (underwritten by Acromas Insurance Company Limited) - Assists in arranging the repair, recovery and claim processing for vehicles following an accident or vandalism where you are claiming under your motor insurance.
  • Home Start - assistance at or within 1/4 mile of your home address
  • Relay - transport for you, your car and up to seven passengers to your home or any other (single) UK destination, if we can't arrange a prompt local repair.
  • Stay Mobile - If you break down away from your home and a prompt repair is not possible, you’ll get either a replacement hire car for up to 72 hours, overnight accommodation, or reasonable onward travel expenses.

Mobile Phone Insurance

Your insurance, administered by Lifestyle Services Group Limited (LSG) and underwritten by London General Insurance Company Limited, covers two phone for sole Premier Account holders, while joint account holders can insure three phones.

  • Covers phones up to a maximum individual original retail cost or value of £2,000 including VAT.
  • Covers the cost of replacing the phone in the event of loss or theft or the cost of repairing (or replacing where the phone cannot be repaired).
  • Covers the cost of unauthorised calls made up to £1500, for contract phones, and up to £450 for pay-as-you-go phones.
  • Up to £450 worth of unauthorised airtime for prepay.

Sentinel® Card Protection

Sentinel® Card Protection, provided by Affinion International Limited and underwritten by AmTrust Europe Ltd, provides cover against Personal Money lost or stolen abroad at the same time as the Cards, and for loss or theft of the handbag, wallet, purse or briefcase containing the Cards lost in an Incident.

This insurance only applies to residents of the UK and will be automatically cancelled if you move permanently outside of the UK.

  • Cancel and order replacement cards with just one call.
  • If your money is lost or stolen, you can claim up to £200 to replace your missing cash. We’ll also give you up to £200 to replace the missing handbag, wallet, purse and/or briefcase your cards were in.
  • If your cards go missing while you’re away from home and you find yourself with no way to make a payment, we can organise interest free cash advances for you. Cash advances are subject to status and repayable within one calendar month of receipt, (terms and conditions apply).

Unfortunately this service isn’t currently available and we’re working to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you’ve uploaded any data don’t worry it won’t be lost and is still secure, but if you would like to speak to someone about this, please call Save What Matters™ on 0800 206 1844, our lines are open from 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

With Save What Matters™ you’ll never need to worry about losing all your contacts, photos, songs or other downloads on your mobile phone. If you change your phone, lose it, damage it or it gets stolen, you’ll be able to get all your details back again.

  • Remote lock, wipe and alarm features to secure your data if your mobile phone is lost or stolen.

AA Home Emergency Cover

Home Emergency Cover from AA and underwritten by Acromas Insurance Company Limited - fast professional help for household emergencies.

As a Premier Account customer you get access to a 24 hour call-out service to help you sort out domestic emergencies at home.

  • 24/7 helpline
  • Use of specialist AA engineers and a network of approved tradespeople across the UK.
  • Call-outs, parts, materials and labour all covered for up to £1,000 per emergency.
  • No excess and no limit on the number of times you can call.
  • The AA will swifly arrange for an AA engineer or a trusted partner to visit and take care of your emergency. Alternatively you can choose an appointment time that is more convenient for you.
  • New end-to-end case management.

Under our Home Emergency Cover we will arrange for reliable trades people to be sent to your home to deal with those household emergencies.

          Account balance

          The amount of money you have in your account at a particular time.
