Lost or stolen cards

If your card is lost or stolen, call us immediately to report it. Lines are open 24 hours.

If your Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen, we’ll cancel your old card and deliver a new one to you usually within 3-5 working days. If your card is declined, there are transactions that you don’t recognise or you need a new PIN, call us on numbers above.

With lost or stolen American Express® Travellers Cheques, you’ll need to:

  • Report all facts about the loss or theft to the police if American Express® asks you to.
  • Give American Express® the serial number of the lost or stolen Travellers Cheques and the place and date on which you bought them.
  • Complete the refund forms provided by American Express® and provide acceptable proof of your identity.

American Express® may investigate the loss or theft, so you’ll need to give them all the information they ask for.

What to do if you suspect fraud
