We’ll cancel your old card and deliver a new one to you usually within 3-5 working days. If your card is declined, there are transactions that you don’t recognise or you need a new PIN, call us on numbers above.

With lost or stolen American Express® Travellers Cheques, you’ll need to:

  • Report all facts about the loss or theft to the police if American Express® asks you to.
  • Give American Express® the serial number of the lost or stolen Travellers Cheques and the place and date on which you bought them.
  • Complete the refund forms provided by American Express® and provide acceptable proof of your identity.
