Set up your computer

Our Internet Banking is simple, fast and secure. Enjoy the full experience by getting your computer ready in three simple steps:

Your operating system (OS) is the software which loads when you switch on your computer. It runs all your programs and applications. Our Internet Banking works better on these latest operating systems (although you might be able to use older versions):

  • Windows 7
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 2000
  • MAC OS X

You use a web browser to access the internet. Our Internet Banking works better with the latest versions of these browsers (although you might be able to use older versions):

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Opera
  • Google Chrome

Always upgrade to the latest version of a browser to make sure you benefit from up-to-date security features.

Before you look at your Cookies settings, you’ll need to consider if you want to accept Cookies on your computer. To find out more about how Lloyds Bank uses Cookies, see our Cookies Policy page
