Log on to your account

Follow these steps to complete your registration and start managing your accounts online:

  • Step 1 – User ID
    Please have your User ID to hand, you will have received this in the post. Forgotten your User ID?
  • Step 2 – Password
    You will have chosen or been given a password when you first registered. Forgotten your password?
  • Step 3 – Login and create memorable information
    Once you’ve entered your User ID and password you will then be asked to set up memorable information (6-15 characters including both letters and numbers) which you will need to remember each time you log on.

If you haven’t logged on to Internet Banking in the last 18 months, you may need to re-register.
