If you have a long-term health condition, you can ask for and expect our help to make things easier for you. There's no need to explain. We'll be happy to support you in any way we can.

We aim to understand and be sensitive to your needs if you have cancer, Crohn’s disease, IBS, MS or any other condition. At the same time, we're aware that you know best what's right for you. So, please feel free to ask for any support you may want or need to make banking with us easier.

Our cancer support team

We have a dedicated Cancer Support Team, in association with Macmillan Cancer Support, who are here to help if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer. We are here to offer practical help and support with managing your finances from the time you’re diagnosed to after treatment.
