PPI Complaints submission form

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) set a deadline of 29 August 2019 to complain about PPI. As the deadline has passed, there are only a small number of scenarios where we may still look at a PPI complaint. These include:


If the reason you did not complain before the deadline is due to exceptional circumstances. This means something really important happened. Such as, you were seriously ill for an extended period before the deadline.


If you made a claim on your PPI policy that was live after 29 August 2017 and the claim was rejected in part or in full.

If your name has changed since taking out PPI, please provide your previous name(s).

If your address has changed since taking out PPI, please provide the address you lived at when you took out the PPI policy.

If appropriate, we'll call you during our review. Please bear in mind we can only call between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.

*If your current account had an overdraft, it may have been covered by a type of PPI called Overdraft Repayment Cover.

Bill Protector was a type of PPI that covered your short-term expenses, such as household bills.
