For branches that stay open until 7pm on Thursdays, advisers are available to discuss a customer’s banking needs. However, the counter service will close at the usual daily branch closing time although customers can still use the self-service facilities.
As a result of the way customers are choosing to use our branches, sometimes it is necessary to close, relocate or even open new branches.
