The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Update to our Branch opening hours – open 10am to 2pm

Following the Government’s confirmation of new measures to tackle coronavirus (COVID-19), our branches will remain open, but we need to make some changes to our existing services and opening hours.

We aim to keep as many branches open as we can, subject to the availability of colleagues. In some cases, we therefore may have to temporarily close a branch. All branches, effective from the 25th March, will be open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. We have taken the decision not to open branches at weekends. In addition we will not be operating any of our mobile branches until further notice.

We’re committed to providing essential services, so our branches will provide the following:

  • Keep cash in our ATMs.
  • Continue to offer a counter service for cash and cheques.
  • Help our vulnerable customers and those people and businesses in financial difficulty.

We will continue to review the situation as official advice changes and we’ll do our best to keep you updated. Where a branch has closed, you can still use our online services. For more information about our online services or help on signing up, see below.
