Our fraud guarantee

We guarantee to refund your money in the unlikely event you experience fraud with our Online for Business service – as long as you’ve been careful, for example, by taking reasonable steps to keep your security information safe.

60 minute payment delay changes

When you create a new payee there is a 60 minute delay from the point of set up to when you can make a payment.

You can now make one payment to a new beneficiary within the first 60 minutes of them being set up. The payment can be up to the value of £5,000.

If you want to make payments greater than £5,000 or additional payments to this new beneficiary, you will need to wait 60 minutes from the time the new beneficiary has been set up.

*We don’t charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge you for certain services such as downloading or using the app, so please check with them. You will need a smartphone running iOS or Android. The app is not compatible with some older versions of the operating systems – check the App Store or Google Play for more details. Internet Banking registration required. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. Use of Mobile Banking is subject to our Business Internet Banking Terms and Conditions.
