Follow these 3 simple steps

1. Complete the registration form

We’ll ask you for your business details and ask you to choose a User ID and password (do not share this information with anyone).

Please have your account number and sort code at hand. If you’re registered for internet banking on your personal account, we’ll ask you for the account number and sort code to make sure your data is recorded correctly.

Please complete a separate registration form for each business you would like to access online.

2. Print, sign and collect signatures

Print the form that is automatically generated after you’ve given us your details.

You’ll need to sign it and collect all the required signatures. It’s important to check you’ve enough signatures to comply with your bank mandate. The form will have instructions saying who needs to sign it.

3. Post the signed registration form

Return your signed registration form within 60 days to the freepost address at the bottom.

We’ll let you know once we’ve received your form and when your welcome pack (including your card and card reader) is on the way.
