Bacs Direct allows you to make payments cost-effectively and securely, without the use of paper vouchers, cash or cheques. You can pay your insurance premiums, subscriptions, salaries and wages, pensions, or interest payments by utilising the efficient Bacs Direct facility.

PCO enables you to make both Bacs payments (Direct Credit) and collections (Direct Debit) efficiently and securely via one online portal. The standard service and available additional modules provide a solution for Direct Bacstel-IP users.

Faster Payments is a UK service that allows you to send and receive payments in hours, or even minutes, when you use Internet Banking or Phonebank.

You can deposit or withdraw small volumes of cash from your current accounts at one of our branches via our Branch Counter or use the self service facilities through Deferred Checking, Depositpoint or Nightsafe.
Withdrawals must be secured under an Open Credit arrangement arranged via your Relationship Manager.
