The rules for sending out bank statements changed this year, which means we need you to confirm how often you want to get your statements. You’ll be able to choose to receive your statements annually, quarterly or every month that a payment goes out of your account.
We’re making these changes from July 2018 as part of the Payment Services Regulations. It typically takes just a few minutes to let us know your statement preferences for all of your accounts.
Please have your correct sort code and account number ready for each account you would like to choose a frequency for.
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send you a statement once a year, or every month that a payment goes out of your account.
