Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking win top industry award for fourth year running

Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has been named the Best Charity Account Provider for the fourth year running at the 2014 Business Moneyfacts Awards, for the dedicated support it provides to the not for profit sector.

The team was recognised for its comprehensive range of banking facilities and support the bank provides to the sector.

The not for profit sector is made up of an estimated 900,000 community groups, clubs, registered and unregistered charities, schools, free schools and academies. Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking's support for the sector includes looking after more than 270,000 of these organisations, which includes more than half of all Academy Schools.

Ian Buss, Head of Education & Not for Profit at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said "Winning the 'Best Charity Account Provider' for the fourth year running is fantastic recognition for the support that Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking gives the full charity sector. Whether it is the smallest community group or sports club or the largest multi academy trust looked after by the key markets education team, both the external market commentators and our customers recognise the commitment we give at every level of this critical sector."
