For existing Invoice Finance clients, our Invoice Finance Online portal is a secure way to manage your facility.

  • Upload schedules and receive payment the same day (subject to cut off times).
  • View your balances, available funds and disapprovals, which are updated during business hours once we’ve completed our checks.
  • Request payments, including Faster Payments.

  • View and download your monthly statement.

Please be aware that Sterling, Euro or US Dollar payment requests should be submitted by 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any requests submitted after this time will be processed the next working day, but your available funds will be updated when the payment is requested. *There may be short periods when the site will be closed for routine maintenance. Wherever possible we will give advance notice of any periods of unavailability on the site.

Invoice Finance Migration

As a valued client, you're transitioning from Factoring with Cash Connect to Invoice Discounting, accessed through our new platform: Invoice Finance Online (IFO).​

Transition Process:​

  • Client Manager Support: Your Client Manager will arrange a migration date and discuss the terms and costs of the new facility.​
  • Simple Forms: Complete two forms to open a new bank account and set up access to Invoice Finance Online via Commercial Banking Online.​
  • Trust Account: We’ll open a new bank account in your name to receive customer payments.​
  • Customer Notification: You’ll need to inform your customers about the new payee details when the transfer takes place.​
  • Redirection: We'll redirect payments from Cash Connect to your new bank account for up to three months to ensure a smooth transition.
