From January, we’ll be offering free therapeutic coaching sessions delivered by expert coaches from Mental Health UK.

Therapeutic coaching is an innovative combination of counselling and coaching, designed to support you in reaching your potential whilst considering your mental health and the impact it’s having on you.

The sessions will be open to business owners and leaders who could benefit from this type of coaching. Register your interest in the sessions and we’ll email you to let you know when booking is available.
