Please note, if you’re using another bank’s ATM, the owner of the machine may also charge you. All machines will give you an on-screen warning of charges.

Helping you compare our debit card currency charges with other providers
You can now compare our currency conversion charges for card transactions in euro and other EEA currencies. We display these charges as a percentage mark up over the European Central Bank reference rate (ECB rate). The table below does not take into account any other transaction costs we charge, for example foreign currency cash fees.
Exchange rates
The table should be used as a guide only. Rates are updated once a day on business days. We use Visa rates and ECB rates which are subject to change.
Transactions in EEA currencies other than euro will be converted to euro first, then pounds sterling.

Cards are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
Costs and limits
There’s no annual fee or UK transaction fee for Business Debit Cards. If you use your card abroad, charges will apply - see our Account Charges & Processing Times (PDF, 666KB).
The daily ATM withdrawal limit is £700 per card. If you’re using another bank’s ATM, the owner of the machine may charge you. All machines will give you an on-screen warning of charges.
Yes, you can use your card internationally. Transaction fees apply.

Support
Use our in-app chat or visit the Help & Support section on our website. If your card is lost or stolen, let us know and we’ll block the card and issue a replacement card to you. You can also request a replacement card using the mobile chat or by phone.
You can view your PIN securely through the business banking app. To unblock your PIN, you will need to call our Business Management team.
