A personal review is a free service aimed at helping you get the best value for money with us. You’ll meet a Personal Account Manager at your local branch who will review your Lloyds Bank accounts in advance and talk to you about how you might be able to get a better deal. The review takes about 45 minutes, is completely free, and you don’t need to sign up for anything on the spot.

What should I bring with me to a personal review?
Your Personal Account Manager will review any accounts you have with Lloyds Bank before you meet, but the more detail you can bring with you of your other finances the more we can help you. Helpful documents include:

- credit card statements – including the rates you’re currently paying
- details of existing loan or finance agreements
- savings balances – including interest rates
- home insurance details
