If Lloyds Bank is named as an executor within the Will, an appointment in branch is not required. Simply call our Estate Administration Service on 0800 056 0171. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
What happens now?
No more letters, emails, or texts will be sent out in the name of the deceased customer. Keep in mind this may take between two and eight weeks to stop fully.
If you have chosen to freeze any accounts, no further payments will be allowed to go in or out.
Unless we have any questions, we won’t contact you until you’re ready to continue the process.
