Next steps to help you

  • If your booking is protected by ATOL you can claim a refund. Visit to find out how to get your money back. If you are unable to use the online claim forms, please contact the dedicated Thomas Cook call centre on 0300 303 2800
  • If your booking was not protected by ATOL, but you paid for it with a Lloyds Bank credit or debit card, you can raise a claim with us by calling us between 7am - 11pm:
    • For credit cards: 0345 606 2172 (International: +44 1702 278 272)
    • For debit cards: 0345 300 0000 (International: +44 1733 347 007)
