Can't find your Policy Number?
If you are a Home Solutions customer, this will be the number on your policy schedule that starts with HIA. For Home Options customers, it begins with HDA.
If you need to arrange emergency repairs, because you can’t find a builder or plumber, for example, please call the emergency line below. You’ll need to cover the initial cost of any repairs, but as long as the damage is covered by your policy, you’ll be able to make a claim in the normal way.

Whatever happens, remember to call as soon as you can and to keep all receipts for any expenses incurred.
