What does your policy number start with?
If you’re a new customer on or after 20 January 2026, your policy should start with a 9. You’ll find the number on your policy schedule, or in some emails or letters about your insurance.
How to retrieve a quote
If you don’t have van insurance with us, but you have a quote, choose ‘Starts with 9’. That’s what your future policy number will start with.
