Support when you visit our branches

We want everyone to feel welcome at our branches. Here are some ways we can make your visit easier.

Appointments

If you have an appointment with us, we can make it easier for you:

  • We can schedule extended appointment times to make sure that all information is thoroughly explained and understood.
  • You may have your appointment in a private and quiet meeting room.
  • If you have a support worker, they are welcome to accompany you.
  • You may take paperwork home to review and make decisions at your convenience and then return to complete the necessary actions.
  • Appointments can also be conducted from your home via video call.

Helpful equipment

If you find it hard to use your hands, sign your name, or read information, our branch team is here to help. Just ask.

  • Easy grip pens for comfortable writing.
  • Signature stamps on request.
  • Cheque book templates can be ordered for convenience.
  • ID verification letters to prove your identity without a signature.
  • Magnifying sheets for easier reading.
  • Coloured acetate sheets, with some colours available in a branch and others can be ordered.

Cashpoints®

Our Cashpoint keypads and screens are user friendly. The raised dots on the number 5 help you find the numbers easily. Remember to cover your PIN with your hand for security.

You can also use the audio function on our Talking ATMs by plugging in your headphones.

Ask any branch team member or call us to find your nearest Talking ATM. We're here to help.

In a branch

We strive to make our branches easy for everyone to use. Here’s how we do it:

  • Assistance dogs are always welcome.
  • We have low-level or sliding counters.
  • Some interview rooms are wheelchair accessible.
  • Comfortable seating areas.
  • Some branches have low-level Cashpoints®.
  • Induction loop and voice enhancement systems to make your visit more comfortable.
