At some point, many of us face mental health challenges. This can sometimes make managing money difficult, or your finances might impact your mental health. During these times, we're here to offer extra support.

Any information you share about your mental health is confidential and will only be used to assist you. It won’t affect any accounts or services you have with us. We will listen to your needs and work together to find the best way to help.

Appointments

If you have an appointment with us, we can make it easier for you:

  • We can schedule extended appointment times to make sure that all information is thoroughly explained and understood.
  • You may have your appointment in a private and quiet meeting room.
  • If you have a support worker, they are welcome to accompany you.
  • You may take paperwork home to review and make decisions at your convenience and then return to complete the necessary actions.
  • Appointments can also be conducted from your home with a video call.
Hidden Disabilities logo

We understand that not all disabilities and long-term health conditions are visible.

That's why we support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard scheme in all our branches.

If you're wearing it, we'll know you might need a bit of extra help.

Someone to manage your affairs

In these challenging times, you might want to appoint someone to help manage your money.

This way, you still have the option to take control yourself whenever you're ready.
