Do not complete the form if:
- You have not made an overpayment to your mortgage as no action will be taken on your request.
- You are currently on a payment holiday as your monthly payment will be recalculated at the end of your payment holiday.
Use our form to tell us you want a recalculation of your monthly mortgage payment after making your overpayment/s.
We'll write to you in 10 working days to let you know your new monthly payment.
If your next mortgage payment is due in the next 10 working days, your new monthly payment may not take affect until the following month.
