It's simple to change your address using our Mobile Banking app.
- Log onto the app.
- Select on the 'Profile and settings' icon on the top right of the screen.
- Go to ‘Your personal details'.
- Tap on your address and follow the on-screen steps.
If you're moving abroad, the change is for a child's account, or you need letters sent to more than one address, please visit your local branch.

You can pay in cheques using our Mobile Banking app. You can deposit up to £1,000 per cheque and £2,000 total per day.
- Log onto the app.
- Tap the three dots next to your account to open the menu.
- Go to ‘Deposit cheque & view deposit history'.
- Follow the on-screen steps.

You can make payments online using our Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking - up to a total of £25,000 every day.
- Log onto Internet Banking or the app.
- On the app, tap 'Pay & transfer' on the bottom of the screen. On Internet Banking, click on 'Payments and transfers' next to your account.
- Follow the on-screen steps.

To use our mobile banking app you must be registered for Internet Banking. Available to Internet Banking customers with either a UK personal account or an account held in Jersey, Bailiwick of Guernsey or the Isle of Man, with a valid registered phone number. Terms and conditions apply.
We don’t charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality.
Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.

We know security is important to you and we want you to feel safe online.
Emails and texts from us will always greet you personally using your title and surname. You’ll also see the last 4 digits of your account number or your Internet Banking ID in our emails.
