3 simple steps to register

Follow these steps to complete your registration and start managing your accounts online.

  1. Enter your personal details
    You need to enter your Name, date of birth, postcode and account details for one of your Lloyds Bank accounts.
  2. Choose a User ID and password
    You‘ll need access to a phone and we may need to send you an activation code in the post.
  3. Log on and create your memorable information
    Once you’ve entered your User ID and password you’ll be asked to set up your memorable information.

Emails and texts from us will always greet you personally using your title and surname. You’ll also see the last 4 digits of your account number or your Internet Banking ID in our emails.
