Although you can give us instructions 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and PhoneBank® some of those instructions cannot be processed until the next working day. For example if the instruction is given after 10pm or at weekends or Bank Holidays.
We don't charge you to use our services, but your mobile operator might charge for some things (such as downloading or using the app), so please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality.
Mobile Banking App
To use our Mobile Banking app you need to have a valid phone number registered to your account. Available to UK personal Internet Banking customers and Internet Banking customers with accounts held in Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey or the Isle of Man. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Device registration required.
