Can’t remember your PIN? Use our mobile app to view your PIN instantly.

To use this service you must:

  • Have access to our Mobile Banking App
  • Have an active credit card
  • Be named as the main cardholder of a credit card.

At the moment, the view PIN service is only available for credit cards, but you’ll be able to do this for debit cards soon too.

Make sure nobody else can see your screen and PIN.

Log in and select Support.

Select View PIN or replace card.

Select View Pin on PIN Options menu.

Swipe to relevant card.

Enter your Internet Banking Password.

Tap and hold Reveal PIN button.

Once you have seen your PIN, release the Reveal PIN button to hide it from view.
