Rename your accounts online

It’s easier to manage your money when you know which account is which. If you have more than one account with us, why not rename them?

To rename your accounts online or in our Mobile Banking app

1. Select 'More actions’

Log on to our app or Internet Banking. For Internet Banking, select account services. And then for both Internet Banking or our app, scroll down to rename account.

2. Enter a new nickname

Enter a new name and click to confirm. Note: if you have more than one account, select the account you want to rename.

3. All done

That's it, you've renamed an account.
