To reset your details

1. Choose your action

You can change your password, change your memorable information or change both. You can also choose to find your user ID.

2. Personal details

We’ll need some basic details to find your account. If you don’t know your username we will ask for account details instead.

3. Enter new details

You'll be asked to enter your new details. If you want to find your username, we’ll show it to you at this step.

4. Security check

Now we’ll do a quick security check to make sure it’s you. Choose a number for us to contact you on.

5. Confirm it's you

If we sent you a one time passcode text, we’ll ask you to enter it. If we called you, we’ll ask you to enter the code on your phone.

6. All done

That’s it, you’ve updated your details. Now you can use them to log on.
