We all have ambitions for the future which is why we'd like to share Helen's story of investing with you...

 "As a corporate lawyer, I feel very fortunate that I make a comfortable living, but I’ve never really been interested in living the high life. I prefer to make the most of my income by looking for the right investment opportunities instead and to me, that’s always meant property.

I feel most comfortable investing in property because it allows me to put money into something I have a base knowledge of – and gives me the opportunity to generate a rental yield at the same time. I wouldn’t call myself a pro, but I’m lucky enough to now own three flats in the UK and one apartment abroad. I’m excited to see what comes next.

Although Lloyds Bank were unable to advise me on property investment, they’ve been pivotal in helping me find the most efficient ways of raising capital when opportunities come up. As well as suggesting ways to broaden my portfolio beyond bricks and mortar. Whether it’s guidance on investing in different stocks and shares, or other capital-growing opportunities, I know they’re there. To me, it’s all about moving forward."
