Providing us with the right information before your first meeting will allow your Private Banking and Advice Manager to understand your current financial situation, make the most of your time together and focus on what’s important for you.
Fill in our pre-appointment form to tell us about your finances and current circumstances. To complete the questionnaire, you’ll need details of your:
• Monthly income and outgoings
• Current personal holdings such as: properties, savings, investments, shares, pensions, life assurance policies and ISAs
• Joint holdings with a partner or spouse.

If you have joint holdings with a partner or spouse, we will require consent from both of you to process your personal data. If one of you is unable to attend the meeting, please let your Private Banking and Advice Manager know and agree with them who’s going to attend.
You can download and read a copy of our ‘Your Personal data and Lloyds Banking Group’ document to understand how we process your personal data.
So we provide a flexible approach to how we interact with you; including the ability to meet via our latest video conferencing tool – WebEx. Watch the below video to see how it works, and learn about the benefits of this tool.
