As part of the Payment Services Regulations 2017, we will be updating how often we send out statements for Kids Savings accounts. This means you’ll be able to choose to receive your statements for these accounts either every month that a payment goes out of your account, or annually.
Before we make any changes, we need you to confirm how often you want to get these statements by inputting your sort code, account number and selecting your preferred statement frequency.
It typically takes just a few minutes to let us know your statement preferences for all of your accounts.
If we don’t hear from you by July 2018, we’ll send you a statement every month that a payment goes out of your account, or annually if not.
