About Mobile Phone Insurance

How do I get Mobile Phone Insurance?

Mobile Phone Insurance, arranged by Lifestyle Services Group Limited and underwritten by Assurant General Insurance Limited, is just one of the services we provide when you open an Added Value Account with us.

Mobile Phone Insurance is provided for Select, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Premier customers. If you hold one of these accounts, you automatically receive mobile phone insurance. However it's recommended that you register your phone details with us as it may help simplify the process for any claims you might have to make in the future.

If you’re a Classic or Club Lloyds current account holder you can apply to upgrade online to one of our Added Value Accounts to receive Mobile Phone Insurance.

How do I register my mobile phone?

If you're an Added Value customer, you can register your mobile phone via Internet Banking or call us:

If you change your phone or network provider in the future, you'll need to update us with your new details. You can do this via Internet Banking or by calling us on the numbers above.
