Change your business address
If you’re a Full Access User, you can update your business address, registered and mailing addresses with Online for Business and the app. All users can update their home address.
Online for Business guidance
To change your business address using Online for Business, you’ll need to log in. Log in to Online for Business
If you see the new look, use these steps
- Select ‘Manage your business’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Under 'Business contact details' select 'Addresses'.
- Choose the address you want to update, select 'Change' and follow the on‑screen guidance.
If you don’t see the new look, use these steps
- Select 'Admin' then 'Your business' tab.
- Under 'Business contact details' select 'Addresses'.
- Choose the address you want to update, select 'Change' and follow the on‑screen guidance.
To approve your changes, please have your mobile phone or card reader ready.

Business Address - Where your daily business activity takes place, also known as Trading Address.
Registered Address - This is your registered address.

Yes, when you change your personal address, either online or by form, it updates across both your business and personal accounts.

Only Full Access Users are able to change the business address. If you are not a Full Access user, you’ll only be able to update your Personal address. Learn more about access types and how to change them.
