Change who can access your accounts

You can give people full or limited access to your accounts. Adding someone with full access means they can:

  • make payments on your behalf
  • talk to us about a transaction
  • apply for new products for your business
  • access Online for Business.

Steps to take

We'll guide you through it

  1. Select the cog icon in the top right of the screen, this will take you to Profile and settings.
  2. Next, open ‘User Management’ to get started.
