Change who can access your accounts


If you’re a Full Access User, you can now update your people more quickly and easily in both Online for Business and the Business banking app.

It's easy in the app

  1. Select the ‘Profile and settings’ icon in the top-right corner.
  2. In the ‘Profile’ tab, select 'Manage your people and controls'.
  3. Scroll to 'People in your business and signing rules' and tap ‘Manage your people and controls’.
  4. Select required option.

  1. Log in to Online for Business.
  2. Click on ‘Admin’ then 'Your business' tab.
  3. Under 'People in your business and signing rules' click on ‘Manage your people and controls’.
  4. Select required option.

What you can do online

Full Access Users can:

  • View all of your signatories
  • View Online for Business users and their access levels
  • Add or remove a signatory
  • Add and remove users to Online for Business
  • Change user access or signing rules
  • Change signing rules for cheques and in-branch payments.
