Before you start

What to expect:

To confirm your eligibility and to be able to provide you with a price on a selection of suitable terminals, we will ask for some details about your business.

On completion, your agreements will be generated and sent to you via email to sign.  Please allow 7-10 working days for your account to be set up. This may take longer if we need more information from you.

What you’ll need:

  • Details of all principals (i.e. Directors, Partners or Trustees), including residential address and contact information
  • Your registration number if you are a Charity or a Limited company

How to apply

Before you apply online, keep in mind:

  • You can apply even if you don’t bank with us.
  • You can apply online if you have an estimated annual card turnover of up to £500,000.
  • You will need to call us if you require; terminals in multiple locations, online payments through your website, or have a higher card turnover.


The application takes approximately 20 minutes.
