Change how your policy renews
You can set your policy to renew automatically. Or, if you prefer, you can do this yourself each year at Renew your home insurance.
In order to amend your settings, we need to know when your policy is due to renew.
Choose the option that is right for you.
When is your policy due to renew?

Here is what it will mean:
- When it is time to renew your policy, we will send you a renewal pack with your new price.
- If you would like to make any changes, just get in touch.
- Once you are happy to renew your policy, let us know, and we will take care of the rest.
- If we do not hear from you, then your policy will end and you will not be covered.
You can turn automatic renewal back on at anytime.
Why renew automatically?
If you set your policy to renew automatically, we will still send you details of your cover and price in good time before your policy is up. When your policy renews, you will not pay more than if you were a new customer.
-
- Take some of the effort out of renewing your policy. If we do not hear from you, we will set your policy to renew each year. You will not need to give us a call unless you want to make any changes.
- Get peace of mind, knowing you will not have gaps in your insurance cover.
