It will be on any letters we’ve sent you or you can sign into Internet Banking to see it. It will always start with 3 letters (e.g. HBP123456789).

If you’re working from home using a computer, doing paperwork or phone calls, you don’t need to let us know. For other types of work you’re doing from home (for example, hairdressing or making things), please call us to let us know and we’ll check if you’re covered.

We will pay claims where your contents are lost or stolen while you're moving home as long as they're being moved within the British Isles by a professional removal firm. Your contents will also be covered while they're being stored by the firm for up to three days.
It also covers accidental damage if you have chosen Silver or Gold cover.
