If you’re looking for your personal cover details, they will be in your policy documents sent to you in the post. Please contact us if you need to request a new copy.

We will not charge you an admin fee for making any changes to your policy:

  • Amend your level of cover
  • Add or remove items
  • Change the way you pay.

Need to renew?

You should receive a reminder in the post a few weeks before your renewal date. If you are happy with your policy and do not need to make any changes, you can renew online. You will also be able to choose how your policy renews each year.

Moving home

You can receive a new home insurance quote or cancel an existing policy.

We can also send you a proof of insurance letter by email or post.

If you’re moving home but want to keep your existing policy, you’ll need to call us to change the address on your policy.

Future changes

If something is going to change that might affect your policy, you’ll need to get in touch beforehand and let us know. Examples of this include:

  • building work at your property
  • your home being empty for longer than usual
  • someone living with you who doesn’t normally.

We support everyone who welcomes Ukrainian refugees into their home. You’ll continue to be covered under your Home Insurance and don’t need to tell us about the change in your circumstances.
