We will not charge you an admin fee for making any changes to your policy:

  • Amend your level of cover.
  • Add or remove items.
  • Change the way you pay.

If you are happy with your policy, and do not want to make any changes, you can renew and pay for your policy online. You can also choose how your policy renews each year.

Manage how your policy renews

Worried about paying for your policy?

Please get in contact with us, so we can review your policy and decide how we can best support you.

You might also want to consider the following:

  • Requesting a payment holiday
  • Checking with us if there is any part of your cover that you do not need anymore or if you can move to a different level of cover
  • We can check if there are any other ways to reduce the cost of your policy
  • We will not charge you an admin fee for making any changes to your policy.

Moving home

You can receive a new home insurance quote or cancel an existing policy.

We can also send you a proof of insurance letter by email or post.

If you’re moving home but want to keep your existing policy, you’ll need to call us to change the address on your policy.

Future changes

If something is going to change that might affect your policy, you’ll need to get in touch beforehand and let us know. Examples of this include:

  • building work at your property
  • your home being empty for longer than usual
  • someone living with you who doesn’t normally.

Update your details

Homes for Ukraine government scheme

We support everyone who welcomes Ukrainian refugees into their home. You’ll continue to be covered under your Home Insurance and don’t need to tell us about the change in your circumstances.

Limits, terms and exclusions apply to all levels of cover.
