Now even better. We've lowered our ongoing fund charge, making them some of the best priced funds in the market.
Log-in nowGive your money the most chance to grow by regularly topping up your investment. You can make a lump sum payment at any time or set up a regular Direct Debit.
It’s flexible, so you can top it up as often as you want to, with as much as you want to.
Simply log into your online banking account, click into your Ready-Made Investment account and add a Direct Debit.
You do this in the same way as any payment or transfer. The minimum you can add is £50.
If it’s an ISA, you’re limited to your annual ISA allowance of £20,000 for the current tax year. If you’re keen to invest more, you’ll need a separate Ready-Made Investment account. It’s easy to open one online or on the app.
It makes sense to max out your annual allowance as investments held in an ISA grow free of tax on income or profits. You’ve £20,000 each tax year.
Simply log-on to your online banking account and click ‘Open a Ready-Made Investment ISA’. Once open, the account details will appear alongside your everyday banking.
Transfer in old ISAs to your Ready-Made Investment ISA without losing their tax-free status. Simply fill out our ISA transfer form and we do the rest.
To transfer an ISA from a previous tax year or from another provider, you first need a Ready-Made Investment ISA with us. If you haven’t yet opened one, you can do this easily online or in your mobile banking app. Once open, you’ll need the sort-code and account number of your existing ISA, the details of your new Ready-Made Investment ISA, and your national insurance number. More information on transfers.
To transfer an ISA away from us elsewhere, you must request an ISA transfer through your new provider. Do not simply withdraw the money as it will lose its tax-free status.
Stay in-the-know with how your fund’s performing. Remember investing is for the long-term and short-term volatility is to be expected.
The above graph shows the percentage change of the funds since launch. This is to help you understand how the funds have performed over the longer term.
Please remember that the data in the above performance graph and the below table refers to the past. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
The Last Available Price for each fund is shown below the graph and this is usually the price from the previous trading day. If you decide to invest in one of our funds, your trade will be sent to the Fund Manager and you’ll get the price given on the next available valuation point for this fund, which could be higher or lower than the price shown above.

It’s good to be engaged, but your fund manager makes the daily decisions based on the fund’s risk profile. Don’t be too concerned if your investments experience short-term volatility – that’s just part and parcel of investing.
Knowing why the market fluctuates can help you set realistic expectations for your investments and better equip you to reach your long-term goals.
Market fluctuations are normal, which means losses – as well as gains – are to be expected. Each of our three funds is targeting a specific level of risk and return over the long-term and has a diversified portfolio. Your job is to choose the level of risk you’re comfortable with.
The stock market is volatile, particularly in the short term, and factors like economic and political events can affect it. While past performance is not a reliable indicator of future growth, where there have been shocks during history, the stock market has usually recovered over a 5–10-year period.
Keep your cool and don’t panic. Withdrawing the money when the investment value is down just crystallization any losses. If you have time on your side, it can be better to ride out the dips.
It helps to understand what you’re being charged. You pay a monthly account fee, an ongoing portfolio management charge, and transaction charges when you buy and sell investments.

Yes, the monthly account fee is charged on all open accounts, no matter the value. It’s possible to go into a negative balance if you’re not funding your account. If you’re only able to fund a low amount, you may want to consider a different product.
You can make withdrawals at any time but taking money out means you’ll miss out on any future improvements in asset performance.
When you request to withdraw, you’re placing an instruction to sell your investments, so you won’t receive your money immediately. Once you’ve made the request, we’ll arrange for the specified amount to be sold (at the price at the time of sale) and pay the proceeds to you, at the earliest practicable time. Transaction fees will apply, but we don’t add any further charges.
You can close your account at any time. Like with a withdrawal, when you request to close your account, you are placing an instruction to sell all your remaining investments (at the price at time of sale).
Our three funds – Cautious, Balanced, and Adventurous – each target a different level of risk and return over the long-term.
Typically, higher risk portfolios are more suited to people with a higher risk appetite and a longer investment timeframe.
You can request to change your fund online or using the mobile app. This means selling your investments in your existing fund and buying new investments in the new selected fund. Transaction fees will apply.
Yes, you can invest in different portfolios, but the funds each have their own asset allocation which is diversified and is being managed to target specific levels of risk and return.
You can review your account by logging on or view your charges on our E-Investments page.
