Due to the challenging times we’re all experiencing, we’re dealing with a higher number of calls from customers than normal and our call wait times may be longer than usual.

We are doing our best to help customers as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service if they’re relevant to your account.

Our Estate Administration Service can relieve the burden placed on Executors and next of kin by taking care of all the financial, legal, tax and personal matters that arise following bereavement.

    Service eligibility

    Our Specialist Lending service is available to anyone with a sole income of at least £100,000 or £250,000 or more in savings, investments. Fees and charges will apply.

    Service eligibility

    Our Estate Administration Service is available where we are appointed as an Executor under the terms of a will, where an existing Executor does not feel able to act or where there is no Will in place.

    You do not have to be an existing customer to use our service. The gross value of the Estate must be over £80,000. This may include cash, valuables, investments or property.

    Service eligibility 

    To benefit from the expertise of Schroders Personal Wealth, you will need to have at least £100,000. This could be in sole/joint savings, investments, personal pensions, and/or £100,000 sole annual income.

Service eligibility

Lloyds Bank Private Banking offers two levels of service:

Our Private Banking service is available to customers with £250,000 or more in savings and/or investments or a mortgage of £750,000 or more with Lloyds Bank.

And our Mayfair Banking service is available to clients with £2 million or more in savings and/or investments or an annual income of £500,000 or more.
