  • When providing proof for your no claim discount, we accept the following:

    a renewal invitation from your previous insurer stating the expiry date of the policy (See an example insurer's letter (PDF, 191KB)) or for the self-service centre), or
    a no claim discount letter from your previous insurer confirming the expiry or cancellation date of the policy (see an example renewal letter (PDF, 209KB)).

If you are using your vehicle in the UK to support the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine and have Lloyds van insurance cover, you do not need to tell us about your change in circumstance or amend your policy. You’ll continue to be covered by your existing policy.
