As a Lloyds Bank Car Finance customer you can access your account online. With our handy online service you can make changes and payments when it’s convenient to you.

 

Here’s what you can do online:

  • make payments and change your payment date
  • check your balance, term, APR, last payment and next payment date 
  • change your address and contact details 
  • request a final settlement figure.

Good car condition guide

At the end of your car finance agreement you may choose to return your vehicle.

Throughout your agreement you must keep the vehicle in good condition allowing for fair wear and tear.

If the car, its equipment or accessories have not been used, maintained or looked after as originally agreed then we may make end of contract charges
