Health Plan is underwritten, arranged and administered by Vitality Health Limited. To get a quote, we'll take you to Vitality’s website with a new privacy and cookie policy.
Onward treatment and operation costs aren't included. You need to be aged 18 to 79 at the cover start date and registered with a UK GP for a minimum of 6 months before the plan starts. Existing Vitality Health Plan members can’t apply.
