How to view, unlock or change your PIN
You can do this in our app
- Check your credit and debit card PIN in the app – you need to be the main cardholder for your credit card.
- It's safe and secure. You can only view your PIN when you've securely logged in.
- Unlock or change your PIN at most UK cash machines.
For new accounts you can start using these features as soon as the application process is complete.

For security reasons, we can’t tell you your PIN over the phone.
To view your PIN
- Log in to the app. Select 'Cards' on the navigation bar.
- Select 'View PIN'. Swipe to select the relevant card. You’ll only be able to view the PIN on active cards.
- Select 'Show PIN'. Your PIN will appear for 10 seconds. You can select 'Hide PIN' to hide it sooner.
- That's it, you've viewed your PIN and can check it again anytime.

If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times while shopping, your PIN will be locked. You can unlock it at most UK cash machines.
To unlock your PIN
- Put in your card and enter your PIN.
- Select 'PIN Services' then 'Unlock your PIN'.
- All done, your PIN has been unlocked.
If you're abroad, you’ll be able to unlock your PIN at most cash machines once you return to the UK.
When abroad, you're able to withdraw cash at any bank with the Visa sign. You may need to give proof of identity.

Message us online if you need help to unblock your card. If you don’t use the app or online banking, you can call us.

You can change your PIN at most UK cash machines.
To change your PIN
- Put in your card and enter your PIN.
- Select 'PIN Services' then your own PIN.
- Enter your new PIN and select 'enter'.
- Confirm your PIN and select 'enter'.
- All done, your PIN is now changed.

If someone knows your PIN, you need to speak to us.
