Arrows - Diversification

Diversification allows us to create a blend of assets to suit different appetites for risk and reward.

By investing across a broad range of assets we create a diverse portfolio. Our aim is to lessen your risk, give you a greater degree of stability, and create the right blend of assets to suit your appetite for risk and reward.

Selecting the assets

Once the strategic asset allocation has set the blueprint for your portfolio, we then construct portfolios using the best assets to bring that blueprint to life. Our aim is to ensure your portfolio invests in funds that represent their broader asset class as closely as possible, at a reasonable price and with the least possible risk.

The make-up of a successful investment

Each asset class has its own unique characteristics. In changeable market conditions, some assets will rise in value while others fall. No single asset class is consistently the top performer. We believe diversification is the best way to maximise opportunities with the aim of producing more consistent returns.

Important information

The value of investments and the income from them may fall as well as rise and cannot be guaranteed. Investors may not receive back the full amount originally invested.
