Partnership lending

Our Partnership loans offers flexible lending for new and existing partners. We will work with you and refer to our dedicated Wealth lending team to find a partnership loan that best suits your needs.


We have a wide range of specialist lending and mortgage solutions. You can use them to fund: buying your main home or a second property, buy to lets, or for a house deposit for your children. They can also be used to borrow against the value of your property or investments.

Bridging loan

Our Bridging Loan is designed to help purchase your new home in advance of selling your existing home. Repayment would come from the sale proceeds of your existing home. These loans are available on an open basis where you do not have contracts exchanged for your sale or on a closed basis where contracts have been exchanged.

Self build mortgage

Our self build loans are specifically designed to assist clients who wish to build their new home or renovate their current one, broken down into stages the loan will be structured to meet the needs of your project with the added support of our Wealth lending team.

Important information

Lending is subject to our responsible lending criteria. How much we lend, the period and rate available are subject to our assessment of your circumstances. Specific eligibility criteria and conditions apply for certain types of lending. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to apply. Lending is subject to status and application. Security may be required. Overdrafts are repayable in full on demand. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Our tracker rates are linked to the Bank of England Base rate administered by the Bank of England, this rate can go up or down which will impact the cost of your loan/mortgage payments.

We adhere to The Standards of Lending Practice which are monitored and enforced by the LSB: www.lendingstandardsboard.org.uk

To apply for our Private Banking service, you’ll need to have: at least £250,000 in savings and/or investments with Lloyds Bank, and/or at least a £750,000 mortgage with Lloyds Bank.
